WASHINGTON HEIGHTS COMMUNITY CENTER
Completed in 2000 in coordination with Peter Smith Architecture of Newburgh this adaptive re-use project transformed a deteriorating dairy warehouse structure into a community center for student recreation and community group access in the heart of the Heights District.
