MOLLOY PHARMACY
To keep up with the demand of its customers, Molloy Pharmacy was relocated to gain more retail and storage space. Using the previous site of a fast-food chain restaurant in Hyde Park, New York, Molloy Pharmacy was designed to accommodate a floor area for greeting cards, gifts, candy, stationary, etc. in addition to an up-to-date pharmacy, increasing the retail and pharmacy space by 15 percent and storage space by 700 percent. The new building complements its surrounding area with stone veneer base and fiber cement siding, standing as a beautiful architectural landmark.
