MD IMAGING
MD Imaging is a unique facility for outpatient medical diagnostic imaging. Formed by a group of 15 radiologists, it offers a large variety of imaging services so that residents do not have to leave the area for high quality. Working with a small, tight space surrounded by two buildings and a parking-lot, LMV was able to create a pedestrian-friendly, handicap accessible business on this challenging site. The second floor was planned with special care; a removable wall was designed to allow for the rigging of heavy, expensive imaging equipment. The use of the latest digital equipment permits instant viewing, and any additional imaging, if necessary, can be done immediately in the same building. All services are designed to meet code compliant shielding and structural requirements.
