BREWSTER SENIOR HOUSING – PUTNAM COMMUNITY FOUNDATION
Funded by the Putnam Community Foundation, the Brewster Senior Housing project consists of two separate, wood framed buildings, providing a total of twenty-four units. The project’s first floor units are handicapped accessible, and the second and third floor are designed as townhouse-style units. Its shingle roof, brick veneer, and clapboard siding make it an appropriate addition to the village setting of Brewster, New York.
